HPV Vaccines Year 8 and 9 - Tuesday 23 May 2023

The NHS are offering all students in Year 8 and 9 the HPV vaccine.  This will take place during school hours on Tuesday 23 May 2023.  Please can you complete the link (stated on the letter) to give your consent or select the "NO" option if you do not want your child to receive this.
