As we reach the end of the summer term, it would be greatly appreciated if parents/carers could make us aware of any new positive COVID-19 cases that occur between Saturday 17 July and Sunday 18 July 2021.This should be done by completing the following google form
here.
Please note that from Monday 19 July 2021, all parents/carers are required to report any new positive COVID-19 cases to Public Health England (North East) via this number: 0300 303 8596.

This form must be completed in full as soon as possible after a positive COVID-19 test result on Saturday or Sunday. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted by a member of staff in due course.
