Tetanus, Diptheria and Polio and Meningitis Immunisation for Year 9 on 2 March 2023

The NHS are offering all students in Year 9 immunisations for Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio (Td/iPV) and Meningitis ACWY (Men ACWY). This will take place during school hours on Thursday 2 March 2023. Please can you complete the link (stated on the letter) to give your consent or select the "NO" option if you do not want your child to receive this.
