Dear Parents/Carers,
Please find attached a letter from the Immunisation team regarding a 3-in-1 teenage booster and Meningitis ACWY vaccine. This is available for students in year 9 and will be given in school on Wednesday 21 January 2026.
There is a link within the attached letter that you must complete to either give or refuse your consent for this vaccine. This link needs to be completed by Wednesday 14 January 2026.
