Survey for Y6 – Y10 parents on student shielding and ICT access at home

We hope that our students, parents and loved ones are well in these extremely challenging times.
We have written and texted parents of Year 6 to Year 10 today asking for the completion of a very short online survey. As everyone will be aware, government guidance regarding lockdown measures, and the phased reopening of schools, is changing often at the moment, and we are working hard to keep track of the changes and plan accordingly.

We want to quickly establish an idea of the number of students from our families that are likely to be ‘shielding’ in September, alongside an up-to-date snapshot of each of our student’s access to ICT technology and the internet when at home, following on from earlier paper surveys before lockdown, and phone contact via VMG tutors too.

We would be grateful if one parent of each current Year 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 student could follow this link: here to our online survey that takes a minute to complete.

We’d be very grateful if this could be completed by 4pm on Thursday 25 June.

If you have any questions about this survey please use the ‘Contact Us’ page on the academy website to get in touch, or email enquiries@normanby.outwood.com

Thank you for your continued support of the school.
